That’s why we offer a flexible and customer-first return policy designed to match the premium quality of our products. Whether it’s a change of heart or a genuine concern, we’re here to make it right.

Mattresses – 100-Night Comfort Trial

We understand that finding the perfect mattress takes time. That’s why we offer a risk-free 100-night sleep trial on all MUUN mattresses purchased via www.muun.world or in a MUUN store.

Eligibility & Conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 100 days of delivery.
  • The mattress must be in good, hygienic condition, free from stains, damage, or excessive wear.
  • We appreciate original packaging but it’s not required.
  • Proof of purchase is needed (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Free return shipping within Denmark. For international returns, standard shipping charges apply.

How it works:

  • If the mattress isn’t right for you, we’ll arrange pickup and return at no cost (in Denmark).
  • A full refund will be processed once the product has been inspected.
  • Please contact us at hello@muun.world to start the refund process.

Standard Products – 30-Day Return Window

You may return most non-custom MUUN items within 30 days of receiving your order, for a refund or credit. Standard Products are defined as products which fit the standard courier weight of maximum 31,5 kg and measurements (Width 80 cm x Height 60 cm x Length 200 cm - the sum of the package circumference and the longest side cannot exceed 300 cm) 

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Return shipping is free only if the return is due to:
    • Product defect
    • Fulfillment error on our part

Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, simply:

or, 

  1. Email us at hello@muun.world
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if relevant)
  3. Our customer experience team will respond with:
    • Return instructions
    • Return address
    • A prepaid return label (if applicable)

Please securely package the item and follow the provided instructions.

Returns Within Denmark

  • Mattresses (100-Night Trial): Free return and pickup service.
  • Standard items (30-Day Return): Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

International Returns

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for all products.
  • We will assist you with guidance and correct return addresses.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your provider.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a MUUN error or product fault.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to swap your product, please return the original and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@muun.world.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will prioritize your case and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
