At MUUN, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently, transparently, and with care - whether you're located in Denmark or abroad. This policy outlines everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, tracking, customs, returns, and more.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship to customers in Denmark and most international destinations.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at hello@muun.world, and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping Notes:

  • For security and insurance reasons, parcels (such as pillows) will be shipped to the nearest ShopDelivery location for pickup.
  • All other products will be shipped based on the delivery method selected at checkout.
  • Orders with multiple items may be split into separate shipments depending on stock availability or fulfillment locations.

2. Shipping Costs

Within Denmark:

  • Free shipping

International Orders:

  • Shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated automatically at checkout

Customs and Duties:

  • EU countries: No additional customs or import fees
  • Non-EU countries: Additional customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Processing and Delivery Times

Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If you do not receive tracking details within a few business days, please contact us at hello@muun.world and we’ll assist you.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT may apply.

These fees are:

  • Not included in your order total
  • Charged by your local customs authority
  • The responsibility of the customer

MUUN is not responsible for any delays or costs resulting from customs clearance.

6. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable national and international carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Carriers may vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered, but all shipments include tracking and insurance where applicable.

7. Failed Deliveries and Address Issues

  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and the order is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

  • Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts: If a delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable or failing to collect the parcel, it may be returned to us. Re-delivery fees will apply in such cases.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at hello@muun.world.

We will:

  • Contact the carrier to investigate the issue
  • Offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation
  • Request photos for any damage claims, if applicable

Issues should be reported within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date.

9. Pre-orders and Backorders

For items marked as pre-order or backorder, estimated shipping dates are provided at the time of purchase.

We will notify you via email if there are any changes to the delivery timeline.

10. Delivery Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to the following:

  • P.O. Boxes (outside of Denmark)
  • Countries subject to international sanctions
  • Remote regions where courier service is unavailable

If your address falls under any of these categories, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

11. Sustainable Shipping

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact. MUUN uses:

  • Recyclable and minimal packaging
  • Consolidated shipments where possible
  • Carbon-neutral delivery options, where available

We continuously look for ways to ship more responsibly.

12. Delivery Guarantee and Risk Transfer

Once your order has been delivered to the provided shipping address or pickup location, ownership and responsibility transfer to you.

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you are unable to locate it:

  • Check with neighbors, building staff, or pickup points
  • Contact the shipping carrier
  • Reach out to us at hello@muun.world and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue
