1. Shipping Locations
We ship to most countries worldwide. If your location is not listed during checkout or you have questions about delivery to your region, please contact us at hello@muun.world.
2. Shipping Costs
Denmark: Free shipping on all orders within Denmark.
International Shipping: Shipping rates vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
EU countries: Standard shipping rates apply.
Non-EU countries: Additional customs, duties, or import taxes may apply based on the regulations of the destination country, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipping Times
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination:
Denmark: 1-3 business days
EU countries: 3-7 business days
Non-EU countries: 7-14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at hello@muun.world.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside of the EU, additional customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. MUUN is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Carriers may vary depending on your location, but we will always use the most reliable shipping options available.
7. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses
Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to the recipient’s absence or failure to collect the package, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, customers may be required to pay additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at hello@muun.world. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and either replace your order or offer a refund, depending on the circumstances.
9. Pre-Orders and Backorders
For items on pre-order or backorder, shipping times may vary. Estimated shipping dates will be provided at the time of purchase, and we will notify you if there are any changes to the expected delivery timeline.
