100-Day Return Policy

At MUUN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 100-day return policy on all of our mattresses and supplements purchased through our website, www.muun.world. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 100 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 100 days from the delivery date.

  • The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

  • For mattresses, the product must not be damaged, excessively used, or soiled.

  • For supplements, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at hello@muun.world with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and follow the return instructions provided.

3. Return Shipping

  • Denmark: For returns within Denmark, we offer free return shipping. You will receive a pre-paid return label once you contact us.

  • International Returns: For returns outside of Denmark, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, but customers are required to cover the shipping fees.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Refund Amount: The refund will include the full purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

  • Return Denial: If the item shows signs of excessive use, damage, or does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund or charge a restocking fee.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@muun.world with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.
